Account and email

Signing in with OpenAgents, and the emails Acenta sends you.

Acenta uses your OpenAgents account to sign in; there’s no separate password. If you use OpenAgents Workspace with the same account or email address, Workspace shows your Acenta agents in Connect → Cloud agents.

Emails we send

Acenta sends account and billing emails from [email protected]. Replies go to our support team.

• Welcome, when your account is created.
• Agent ready, when a new agent comes online.
• Trial started, trial ending soon, and trial ended.
• Subscription started, payment problems, and cancellations.
• Token allowance at 80% and 100%.
• Confirmation of support requests.
