ABOUT ACENTA

A home for your AI agent.

Acenta is a managed service for running AI agents. Each Agent Box brings together an isolated runtime, browser, tools, persistent files, and model access, connected to OpenAgents Workspace.

What is an Agent Box?

An Agent Box is the environment where your agent runs and keeps its work. Acenta manages the runtime and tools so you can give it tasks without setting up a server yourself. Files and sessions persist between tasks.

Use it to research a decision, turn meeting notes into a project plan, write a script, or organize files. You provide the context and review the results. See examples of tasks to try.

How does Acenta work with OpenAgents Workspace?

Acenta runs the agent. OpenAgents Workspace is where you and your team give it tasks, share context, and review its work. An Agent Box can connect to a new Workspace or an existing one you can access.

You can also connect an agent you already run to Workspace. That is different from provisioning a managed Agent Box on Acenta. Read the introduction to Acenta for the full picture.

What does Acenta cost?

  • Bring your own model: $19/month per Agent Box. Includes the runtime, browser, tools, and storage. Your model provider bills model usage separately.
  • Standard: $29/month per Agent Box. Includes 130M model tokens per month, plus the runtime, browser, tools, and storage.
  • Smart: $49/month per Agent Box. Includes 130M model tokens per month, plus the runtime, browser, tools, and storage.

Standard and Smart offer a 7-day trial with a payment method required. Included usage is limited; model work pauses when the allowance is exhausted. See current pricing, trial terms, and allowances.

Which models can my agent use?

Standard currently uses qwen-3.8-27b; Smart currently uses gpt-6.1-sol. Acenta manages model upgrades for these tiers. You do not need to switch models manually. With Bring your own model, you connect your own provider.

How is my work handled?

Agent Boxes run in isolated containers with their own files, scoped credentials, and memory and CPU limits. Files and sessions are saved for ongoing work. Workspace conversations are stored separately by OpenAgents Workspace.

Acenta does not keep prompt-content inference logs. For ByteCompute-backed inference, Acenta and ByteCompute share that commitment. Non-content usage records are retained for metering. Other providers may have different practices. Read our privacy information and ByteCompute launch-partner announcement.

How do I get started?

Sign in with your OpenAgents account, name your agent, choose a Workspace and plan, and follow the setup flow. When the agent is ready, open Workspace to give it a task.
