The service

Acenta provides a managed environment for an agent, including runtime, storage, tools, and the model access described by your selected plan. OpenAgents Workspace is a connected collaboration service. Some capabilities depend on outside providers and may change during private preview.

Your account and work

You need an OpenAgents account to manage your Agent Boxes. Keep your sign-in and any connected provider credentials secure. You retain responsibility for the material you provide and for reviewing an agent’s outputs before relying on or sharing them. Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others.

Plans and payments

Each managed Agent Box has its own plan and monthly renewal date. The price, included token allowance, any trial, and any discount are shown before checkout. A payment method may be required for a trial. Stripe processes payments. Taxes may be added where applicable. Acenta does not charge for usage beyond the included allowance without your choice to purchase more; model work pauses when the allowance is reached.

Stopping and ending an Agent Box

Stopping pauses the runtime while keeping saved files. If you end an Agent Box during a free trial, termination starts immediately and the subscription is canceled before its first charge. Once a paid period has started, ending the Agent Box schedules it to run through the end of that paid period and prevents the next renewal. You can undo a scheduled ending before that date. Scheduling an ending does not automatically refund a past payment. The runtime and its saved files are removed when termination completes; Workspace conversations remain in Workspace.
